The goal of this website was to get me discovered as a writer. I developed this website one year ago after developing a blog to promote my self-published poetry book. Needless to say, I was unsuccessful and quickly learned my lesson. I am back to reconstruct this website and to inform those who will listen about the pitfalls of trying to make a living as self-published writer. Stick to your day jobs folks unless you know someone in the business.

Please feel free to contact me if you have experienced the same problems that I have. I know by now that I am not alone. My poetry book is still for sell. Check it out at Lulu.com or Amazon.com. Also I think Target.com also has the book for sell.The other books that I wrote, I discontinued because they were just term papers I had written during grad school. I am proud that I had the guts to compile all of my poems into a complete work. Self-publishing taught me the meaning of the phrase starving artist. Like I said before, don't quit your day jobs.
